Hatha
Hatha yoga classes are gentle, moderate paced classes that are appropriate for all skill levels. Poses are typically held for about 1 minute. Hatha classes are a great place for beginner students to start.
Class length is typically 60 minutes, however 45 – 90 minute classes may be offered by request.
Classes are currently being offered upon request.
Group and Private classes are available.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa, or Flow style classes, are fast paced, energetic classes. These tend to be more appropriate for intermediate or advanced students, as the poses flow from one into another, with one breath per pose.
Class length is typically 60 minutes, however 45 – 90 minute classes may be offered by request.
Classes are currently being offered upon request.
Group and Private classes are available.

Prenatal / Postnatal / Parent & Baby
Prenatal yoga classes are designed to help build strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness for expecting parents, while keeping their safety and comfort in mind.
Postnatal yoga classes are focused on helping post-partum parents with their recovery after birth. Parent & Baby yoga classes are modified Postnatal yoga classes that include babies! Babies 6 weeks to crawling are welcome. All parents welcome.
*Birth parents must be minimum 6 weeks post-partum to participate in Postnatal or Parent & Baby classes. (12 weeks is an ideal time to start for both Caesarean and vaginal births.)
